Policy
1. REFUND
We do not offer refunds for services that have already been completed.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon so we can address the issue promptly.
2. GIFT CARDS
Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of service.
They are non-refundable, treated as cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
They are redeemable for services at their original purchase value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. CLIENT WELLNESS (OR HYGIENE & HEALTH)
Health issues must be communicated before services.
For the safety of our clients & staff, please do not come in if you are feeling unwell or have a contagious condition.
We maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitize all tools and stations after each use.
4. PETS
Except for service animals, pets of any kind are NOT allowed in the salon. To protect our clients who are more susceptible to allergens, no animals of any kind are permitted in the salon at any time. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
5. SALON ENVIRONMENT
We understand that sometimes you may need to take calls while in the salon. Please set your cell phones to low volume. Communication via FaceTime (or the like), or speaker phone, is not permitted to preserve guest experience and privacy.
6a. CHILDREN'S SAFETY
We love to do children's nails! However, unattended children in the salon can be disruptive and pose a danger. Due to insurance liability, hazardous chemicals, products, and sharp implements within the salon environment are harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin.
If you have children not receiving nail services, please DO NOT bring small children to your appointment. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We do not have the facilities to care for children. ALWAYS supervise your child after they receive the service.

6b. CHILDREN'S SAFETY (MẪU KHÁC)
For the safety of all guests, children must be supervised at all times.
We are not responsible for any injuries or damage caused by unattended children.
7. SERVICE WARRANTY (CẦN OWNER QUYẾT ĐỊNH - TUỲ TIỆM)

We offer a 3–5 day warranty for gel, dip powder, and acrylic services.
Warranty does not apply to breaks caused by customer mishandling.
Receipt or photo proof may be required.
8. CUSTOMER CONDUCT
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:
Is rude or disrespectful to staff or other clients
Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Displays disruptive or inappropriate behavior
Please help us maintain a relaxing atmosphere for everyone.
9. ALCOHOL SERVICES
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, alcoholic beverages are served only to individuals 21 years of age or older. Please show your valid ID to be served.
10. CHILDREN’S SAFETY
Children must remain under the supervision of a parent/guardian at all times, as our spa contains professional tools and equipment that may be hazardous for children.
Children under 12 years old may receive services only with parental consent.
Children under 16 years old are not permitted to handle payment cards without a parent or guardian present.
11. LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
12. PEDICURE CHAIRS
For safety and hygiene reasons, only clients receiving pedicure services are allowed to sit on the pedicure chairs.
13. COUPONS
Coupons may not be used to purchase gift certificates and cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers.
14. CUSTOMER CONDUCT
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:
Brings dangerous items and weapons or pets to our spa.
Is rude or disrespectful to staff or other clients.
Is under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or displays disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

15. PERSONAL ITEMS
We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
